Tell us where you feel stuck. You do not need to explain it perfectly. The messy version is enough to start.
We review your message
RMH reads your written request and looks for the clearest practical next step. The aim is to understand the situation before suggesting a direction.
We may ask clarifying questions
If something is unclear, we may ask a few written questions. This helps avoid rushed assumptions and makes the next step more accurate.
We suggest the next step
The next step may be a short written response, a small guidance task, paid work, a referral to another professional, or a clear explanation that the request is outside our scope.
Paid work starts only after agreement
Sending a request does not automatically start paid work. If paid work is needed, RMH will explain the next step before anything begins.
Paid work does not begin without agreement.

What not to send first
Please do not send passwords, bank card details, full bank information, medical records, identity documents, or highly sensitive confidential files in the first request.
