Trust & Boundaries

Trust and clear boundaries are part of how RMH works. We want visitors to understand what we can help with, what we cannot replace, and how the first written request is handled.

What RMH can help with

RMH may help with unclear AI use, digital organisation, written requests, admin-related workflow problems, communication preparation, and practical next-step planning.

What RMH does not replace

RMH does not replace legal, financial, medical, tax, accounting, or regulated professional advice. If your request requires a qualified professional, we will say so.

  • Not legal advice
  • Not financial advice
  • Not medical advice
  • Not tax or accounting advice
  • Not emergency support
  • Not a replacement for regulated professionals

Written-first process

RMH starts with a written request because unclear situations need careful review. Written intake makes the process easier to check, easier to explain, and easier to continue.

Paid work boundary

Sending a request does not automatically start paid work. If the request requires paid work, RMH will explain the next step before anything begins. Paid work does not begin without agreement.

If a request is outside scope

If a request is outside what RMH can responsibly support, we will say so clearly. We may suggest that you contact a qualified professional, another service provider, or a more suitable support route.

AI-supported work

RMH may use AI-supported tools to help structure, review, and prepare written materials. The focus remains practical clarity, careful review, and responsible use.

Respectful communication

RMH works best when the request is honest, practical, and written in your own words. You do not need to explain it perfectly, but we may ask clarifying questions.
